One of the songs on my daughter's playlist is from the movie Trolls and I hear her singing (to the best of her limited toddler vocabulary) "get back up again" (with Anna Kendrick). For those who are NOT familiar, this is the hook:

Well you can go ahead and bring it on

A great message for my baby girl and a great message for ALL...when I came across the above quote from Arianna Huffington I was struck by the similarity of the messaging. In my opinion, the secret ingredient to success is resilience and this is the key message from both Arianna and Trolls! So on this Monday - don't forget to be resilient (and badass...every day!).
